Lift Your Face Without Injections or Surgery

PDO (Polydioxanone) threads are a nonsurgical alternative to a facelift and can improve other skin concerns. If you are looking to improve your skin’s structure without surgery, PDO threads in Sewickley are your perfect solution. This treatment uses dissolvable sutures to lift sagging skin and contour the treatment area.

PDO threads improve several signs of aging in multiple facial areas for rejuvenating results. Whether you want to improve the appearance of crow’s feet, upper lip wrinkles, nasolabial folds (lines that run from the sides of your nose to the corners of your mouth), or another concern, these can transform your skin in as little as 15 minutes.

Benefits of PDO Threads in Sewickley

This treatment is an excellent alternative to surgery, effectively contouring, reducing lines, and lifting skin.

PDO threads are dissolvable, so they will gradually fade away while promoting collagen production.

PDO threads can be used for a variety of wrinkle treatments for all skin types.

Our PDO Thread Process

Step 1

You will first meet with a provider to make sure you are an ideal candidate for PDO threads. We will discuss your goals in order to provide recommendations for which technique will best meet those goals! Once we complete your consultation, you will know which product(s) we will use and the cost, and we’ll insert the threads during that same appointment.

Step 2

PDO Thread Insertion

Your provider will numb the treatment area(s) and ensure you are comfortable before beginning the procedure process. For accuracy, they will then mark where the injections will go according to your treatment plan. Using a sharp needle or cannula, your provider will insert the PDO threads under your skin.

Step 3

Next Steps

There may be some bruising or swelling immediately following your PDO thread insertion. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions, and you can ask us any questions you may have about caring for your PDO threads. This is also when we will schedule any follow-up appointments according to your treatment plan.
