Our Founder
Our Founder Rain Hoffmann learned about skincare at a young age from her grandfather, who taught her how to mix fruits, herbs, and spices to promote different aspects of skin health. As a young adult, Rain explored her creative nature and explored the world of art–she became an opera singer, and then became a certified makeup artist in New York. She never lost her passion for skincare, though, and was able to build a wealth of knowledge about skin health while working in a dermatology office for ten years, where she worked doing high risk perinatal imaging, vascular, women’s health, neonatal brain and general ultrasounds. Combining her medical knowledge, creativity, and passion, she then decided to create Your Skin Prescription—a medical spa that offered genuine results in a comfortable, relaxing environment. A place where she could find her passion bringing fulfillment to her clients.
