We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit as well as a card on file at the time of booking. This deposit will be used towards your service. We require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all injection treatments which will be used towards your procedure. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will lose their deposit.
Appointments canceled with less then 24 hours notice or no call/no shows will be charged in full. We understand that sometimes the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment is out of your control, we will offer a one time courtesy of applying a cancellation fee toward a future scheduled treatment. Members who do not cancel or reschedule with in 48 hours will loose that months facial appointment. Our providers set aside that specific time for you to ensure superior care and would appreciate clients being respectful of their time.
